Twenty-five years’ experience as responsible engineer/consultant in the fields of welding engineering and fabrication, NDT, materials, corrosion engineering and quality assurance in oil, gas, renewables and associated industries.
Extensive experience in engineering design (SELECT, FEED, EXECUTE) of subsea and topside projects involving material selection, writing technical specifications, procurement and auditing of suppliers (line pipe, valves, forgings, fabricators etc). Preparing procedures to define appropriate manufacturing and production routes and test and inspection requirements.
Qualifications:
- CEng SenMWeldI, MSc (Welding Engineering- Cranfield)
- IRCA 9001 Lead Auditor
On-Site Services
Site work has included overseeing and ensuring that sub-contractor’s and supplier’s manufacturing and fabrication procedures meet project quality requirements. i.e line pipe and forging manufacture, welding/fabrication and NDE activities together with controlling inspection teams
